Focus RS Dyno

We offer dyno tuning and rental services on our Mainline ProHub AWD dyno, the industry leader in dynamometer design. With a total capacity of over 3,000 hp and 6,500 ft lbs of torque, we can accommodate virtually any vehicle at any power level, from mild street cars to full out race vehicles, supporting road speeds of up to 400 mph. Our dyno features the newest Mainline CAN control system which leads the industry in control response and sensitivity for extremely accurate data acquisition, without dropouts or software oddities commonly caused by high-horsepower vehicles.

We are able to offer steady state tuning for both RPM and torque, conventional linear and non-linear ramp tests, road load simulations with vehicle weight and drag metrics, drag runs, and torque balancing / vectoring in both 2WD and AWD modes. This allows us to easily tune advanced AWD systems that typically do not like conventional dyno setups such as the Ford Focus RS and Porsche 911 Turbo family.

Moreover we offer virtually every wheel hub bolt pattern, from common 4/5/6 lug to more exotic Porsche and Ferrari center lock adapters. For specialty vehicles we can also accommodate spline and pin drive racing configurations*.

We also offer a massive Mainline dyno cell fan capable of cooling even the most demanding of applications, allowing for reduced tuning time and less stress on your vehicle, even in the middle of Florida summers. No need to cook your fluids while relying on box store fans!

Our in-house tuning expertise covers all major ECU platforms, including: MoTeC, Haltech, Holley EFI, ECU Master, Link, Bigstuff, Fueltech, EFI Technologies and many others.

Our free-standing shop in the heart of Sarasota, FL can accommodate large trailers and transporters, making loading and unloading your vehicle a breeze, and offering level surfaces and low ramp angles for those vehicles that are particularly low or have significant aero devices. We also offer on-site storage on our gated, secure facility for longer-term tuning appointments.

* Non-standard center-lock and lug bolt patterns may require the use and/or fabrication of adapters to be discussed on an individual customer basis. Let us know what you need and we can probably do it.
